Public Notice

Students, their parents, employees of the Marion County Board of Education and the General Public are hereby notified that the Marion County School system does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, religion, marital status, sex, or disability in employment, educational programs or activities. All vocational education offerings including adult programs are offered without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, or disability. Vocational classes are offered at Marion County High School in Agriculture, Business Education, Family and Consumer Science and Industrial Technology and at Marion County Area Technology Center in Auto Technology, Business Education, Health Service, Carpentry, Machine Technology, Welding and Industrial Maintenance. The lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in vocational education programs. Adult programs are offered periodically based upon demand for specific classes.
