The Department for Technical Education is in compliance with and will be in compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
Being under the influence of alcohol or other drugs on the Department for Technical Education's property or any sponsored event is prohibited. The use, possession, distribution, manufacture, or sale of illegal or unauthorized drugs on the Department for Technical Education's property by employees or students is prohibited. Any student or staff who violates these defined standards of conduct shall be subject to appropriate disciplinary action up to and including suspension or termination.
